Default Pleasure Way Tracking

Have recently purchased a 1995 PleasureWay (Dodge RAM 3500 chassis). The rear wheel track (distance between rear wheels) is 4 inches less than front wheel track. I've acquired 2 inch spacers for the rear wheels but not yet installed them. They reportedly greatly improve handling/decrease "wandering", particularly on rutted highways. PleasurWay factory installed these for a couole of years in early 2000's, but no longer do. Does anyone have any experience with these - their effect on handling, or any safeyty concerns? Thanks...
