Default Dealer Screw Up Doing Oil Change on my 2006 Sprinter

Dealer Screw Up Doing Oil Change on my 2006 Sprinter

I need your advice. My sprinter has 12,500 miles on it.
Today I had the oil and filter changed on my sprinter by my 5 star
sprinter authorized Dodge dealer.
I started it up and was driving home(about 15 miles from the dealer)
when the oil light came on and the word Hi also appeared. It is
running fine. I stopped at a light and the oil light and word went
off and normal display appeared.I called the dealer from the van and
he said could I bring it back to have the tech check the oil level.
By this time I was almost home and said I would watch it and if it
continued I would bring it back to them.

When I got home I looked at the dealer invoice for services and
discovered they charged me for 13 quarts of oil. I immediately
called the service advisor and he checked withg the tech, and the
tech thought I had the V6 and did put 13 quarts of oil in my vehicle.

The dealer wants to send a tech over to my house tomorrow to put the
oil at the correct level.

My question is, what if any kind of damage to my engine or whatever
might result from having too much oil?

What should I have the dealer do if anything other then correct the
oil level?

Will problems show up later because of this?

Any inputs you have would be appreciated.
