Where can I buy a B+ in Western Canada ?

I have scoured RV lots and the internet , with little luck. Sure , new 21 footers at $78,000 Canadian , when in the States the same unit is $59,000 ! I'm looking for a 21-23 foot , Ford F450 chassis V10 power with a slide maybe . Must have a hitch . Too much to ask ? Here on Vancouver Island , the dealers just don't list B Plus yet , but this category has been around for years now , with the majority of the good deals in Florida . Is it worth it to buy a good used RV in the States, and bring it to the great white North ?

With our strong dollar, buying from the U.S. can save you $$$$$.

If buying new, some U.S. dealers are prevented from selling a U.S. RV to a Canadian because of their contract with the manufacturer. Make sure to check warranties - some won't be valid.

B+ isn't an "official" RV category. Technically they are small Class C's so make sure to check the Class C sections on the dealer sites.

Good Sunday morning to you all ! Markopolo the info and site references you've given have been very helpful. Thank you. I live in the province of Quebec and I too am looking for the exact same type of B+ as lefty.....21-23 foot RV, hitch, complete bath with shower plus I absolutely need an overhead bed space. A lot to ask for? Maybe so but that's what I'm looking for. The slide would certainly be an asset but not a necessity. Thank you for all the info.

Check out the Winnebago View or the Itasca Navion. They sound like what you're looking for. Not sure where you can buy them in Canada, but if you contact Winnebago they can probably tell you where to look.
