Default Travato Ladder

I have a 2019 Travato. I know the ladder can be moved to the driver side for roof access. I'm trying to figure out if the ladder can be positioned on the passenger side without damaging the awning?

Once upon a time I saw a post on the Travato facebook page that showed where someone had put some spacers up top to take the weight of the ladder off of the awning. Don't remember the details but the answer to your question is yes.

Sounds like the ladder or rail needs to be modified to avoid damaging the awning. Thanks

If you do the Facebook thing, ask over there. It was a while ago and I wasn’t paying attention because it didn’t pertain to me, but I seem to remember some blocks or pvc that kept the ladder up and away from the awning.
