I swapped the hand held shower head for a kitchen sprayer in my Roadtrek like what is posted here:

In my B+ I added a diverter so that I can choose the kitchen sprayer or the regular shower head or both. Yup, this diverter has 1, 2 or both settings.

The extra pressure from the kitchen sprayer makes rinsing soap off easier and it uses less water. Great for camping without hookups.

I'll try to remember to post photos.

The galvanized fitting isn't very pretty I know  I have to replace it 8)

This setup works well. We use the kitchen sprayer shower when dry camping. It really saves water and gives that extra spray pressure to help rinse soap off.
