Considering a 2002 PW/Ford 5.4 Triton

Hi,
I’ve just joined the forum and would like some feedback regarding a possible purchase of a 2002 Pleasureway w/a Ford 5.4L Triton engine. I am absolutely clueless about engines in general, but I sure have heard some negative things about this particular one.

Would any of you have feedback or suggestions?
