Era (SeGi) window screens

The window screens on our 2017 Era 70X do NOT fit tightly. The clip design is just four roughly 3/4" plastic tubes on each screen that fit into the window frame.

The screens rattle, gap and slide fore and aft.

What have you other Era owners found to be a solution to this issue?

Hehr makes a wire screen clip that I like a lot. They work really well on our friend's Jayco 37TS Super C.

I do not know if the channels in the SeGi screens are wide enough to accommodate the Hehr clips.

Anyone tried this?

I tried the Hehr window screen clips on the SeGi window screens that came with the Era.

The Hehr clips fit with very little modification (narrowed the ends a little) and hold the SeGi screens very tightly in the window openings.

I've ordered all the remaining clips I need from Parkin ($1.23 per clip).

A MUCH better solution than either the original SeGi rubber clips OR bolting the screens to the windows as suggested by SeGi.

No more screen rattles and slips!

Thanks for the info! I have a 2014 ERA and going to give them a try. Did you use the anti rattle clip part number 109-467?

Item is H010-416. I think I paid $1.23 each, but are online other places @$1.55 ea. Either Parkin Industries or Pellandent.
